Bad experience ever

I have reached out to the companies customer service department with hopes that they will reach out till date the haven’t reached out.

I bought winter ankle boot last year around the month of June if not mistaken and which there’s no way they can be worn each and everyday however they placed away due season change to my surprised they are cracked which if the were selling good quality they should be in a good standing and to think that they cost R699 but the quality of the shoe is bad and I would never not in even in my next life time recommended anyone to buy their brand because they sell us bad quality staff , I’d rather buy at other retailers with a lesser price which will definitely last years and years , how I wish I could share pictures all my money go to waste , I’m sooo disgusted by this retail store with poor customer service and poor communication platform
