Truworths is pathetic and puts unnecessary interest on accounts. I paid twice beginning december last year yet they say i am one month in arrears and are charging me interest. The last straw is when i paid online and they said my payment is not reflecting.i went to the store and for the second time i sent the proof of payment. After javing conversation with customers service manager they promised to resolve as i have sumitted all proof they need but still no solution.

I am charged interest since January, is it good practice? Isthere anyone having similar experience from the scrupulous, dreedy people. Covid is affecting all of us they do not have to charge us unnecessary interest for the sake of numbers. Anyone with similar experience? I am planning to cancel my account for good i will useother shops. What upsets me most is recieving calls and i repeat the same nonsense withoutassistance
