Putrid service

I am very disgusted with the service I received in this store on Wednesday June 1st. I went to collect my online order, firstly i greeted the lady and told her her that I'm comming to collect my order (in English) the lady then mocked me by saying "so you comming to collect your order" in a mouse like tone and reverted to speaking Afrikaans to me as if im Afrikaans speaking (she clearly assumed).I then looked at her and ignored the situation. She then brought the order, I signed and I asked her for a shopping bag she said they cant give me a bag. I said but my personal details are on all 3 packages and i cannot walk through an entire mall having my details exposed. She just went on and said well they only had medium bags(mind you i had 3 fairly small items she could have just given the bag) she did not even acknowledge me when i said my personal details could possibly be exposed. I have never ever in my life felt so belittled in a store where I spend my hard earned money! I had to go an ask the opposite store for a shopping bag who i did not even purchase from and they assisted me with so much kindness. I'm truly embarrassed to be a truworths client! Will definitely be closing my account with you!
