Putrid quality items

I have had to purchase a second pair of sandals from Truworths only to find another inferior quality product. My first pair started to tear within the first 2 months with just being used indoors around the house as a bedroom and lounge sandal. I had no idea of the 6 month warranty because ofcourse this is not something that is openly advised as I am sure a lot of products would be coming back. I have now after 7 months of purchasing the first sandal, made the purchase of the second sandal. I made the purchase online and collected instore. Upon arriving home I notice the item to be defective which means that soon enough I will end up with another broken item. I have to now drive to a store that has the item in order to change it out. This has cost me a lot more money than I expected. It seems like Truworths is now keeping very low quality products and yet selling it as a high quality item.
