Purchase not delivered as per the stipulated delivery time

Placed an order on 29 January 2020. Firstly items where rejected from my purchase. Did not receive order in the stipulated 3-5 working day period. Upon calling Truworths to query delivery i was advised that the items was with the courier for delivery. It is now more than 2 weeks later and the purchase has not yet been delivered. The call centre staff are extremely unhelpful. I would like to get feedback immediately on when my purchase will be delivered.
