<p>I needed a pair of shoes, something small, but Sonja Grobler from Truworths in Newcastle in the city centre, really went out of her way to make sure I will be able to have the size 6 shoes. I wish there was more friendly Truworths personal like her!!! She really set the standard high for quality service. </p>
