PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT

<p>Monday 03 July 2017, i went to Truworths Clearwater Mall to buy my wife a cellphone. I had my proof of residence, but not my green bar coded ID Document. Sisipho very courteously advised me that she is not able to proceed with my transaction, as i needed my green bar coded ID Book. I left a little bit frustrated, but remained calm (really also because of Sisipho's calm demeanor), went home and rushed back to Truworths Clearwater. <br />It was almost as if Sisipho waited for me, she help me efficiently, and while my 5 year old was running around with all his energy, Sisipho really stayed focus on her work, and smiled all the way through.<br />By the time she has done the transaction, the doors of Truworths were already closed, and one cannot take for granted that there are some people that would rush to leave, she asked me to please be patient, so she can RICA my SIM...<br />This was really my first time experiencing this excellent service at Truworths, and i shop in Cresta and The Glen, well quite often (when the budget allows).</p> <p>I personally dont complain about bad service, but good service, yes...i will recommend and praise!</p> <p>Well done Sisipho, you made Truworths and a customer so proud.</p>
