Product quality serioius dissapointment
<p>So for my birthday my husband bought me a watch (this is the second watch he has bought me from Truworths) with my previous watch the "silver" of the watch started coming of within the first two weeks of purchase, i could not return this item as i had lost my slip, so my hubby bought me a new one, low and behold within a week the "silver" of the watch is starting to come of!!! this is shocking!! this is a name brand watch!!! i have bought R50 watches from flea markets that was better quality than this!! i will never ever again buy jewelry products from you this is shocking to say the least!!! shocking!!! brand name item... seriously!!!!!!</p>

When a watch is returned as a result of a manufacturing defect, it must be assessed by the supplier to determine the source of the problem. We acknowledge your frustration in this regard and have brought this matter to the attention of the relevant Area Manager. We were informed that he has attempted to contact you but was regretfully unsuccessful in his attempts. We have subsequently sent you an email in this regard and are currently awaiting your response.
