Hello Peter

Well someone bought me a gift for Dec,unfortunatly it was a big size,i went to truworths to exchange only the size,i wanted the same shirt but with a different size,i was told to submit the receipt which I understood and had to go back to the person who bought it and she stay far and requested the receipt and she gave me but b4 that I called truworths head office to enquire n i received the case no: n was promised that someone will get back to me within 48 hrs n i waited ,I missed a call from them,i returned the call n was told that someone will call me before 5pm last week however I managed to get the receipt n went back to the store after some days but was told I can't return it since it was bought by account . Well my biggest issue here is why wasn't I informed before I spend time and money going up n down .
