PRICING ON PRODUCT SHOULD BE PRICE CUSTOMER PAYS????

Walked into Canal walk Truworths to buy a night cream from Clinique cosmetic's. Knew what I wanted picked it up and looked at the price. It was marked R108.00. I knew that this was incorrect but what is marked on the product is what the customer pays. (At Woolworths if the pricing was incorrect you would get that product for nothing - now they give it to you at the price that it is marked.) The young lady rang it up and said R1080.00 please. I pointed out that the price on the product was R108.00 and she said that she knew that it should be given to me at that price but she would have to call the supervisor/manager. Jaco arrived he then had to go and consult someone else. He then came back to tell me that unfortunately they could not give it to me at that price. I did not purchase the product and will never purchase from Truworths again.
