Price you see is not the price you pay!

Hi there,<br> <br> Last night i entered your truworths store in menlyn and inquired about a price on one of the fragrances that was on shelve as none have a price on them, however this one i had in my hand had a totally different price on it compared to the one that they told me. I told the lady on duty that i want it for that price as that is the price that is on the unit. The lady was rude and persisted on the fact that i was incorrect. She called her manager that was there by the name of Pontsho and she must have been the rudest person i have ever come across in my life. As a store manager myself i would feel embarrassed to have a staff member like that in store! Never the less she told me that they are busy with price changes and due to that fact my price cannot be granted. In all honesty i cannot see how an instore problem becomes my problem? The price you see is the price you pay! I would like my fragrance at the price i saw it for else i will be taking matters further! The staff were later on gossiping about me thinking i do not understand their language? My price should be granted and the relevant person in charge of the pricing should be dealt with internally!
