Prescription/Closure Letter
Good day,
Im trying to get a Prescription/Closure letter from Truworths since January this year but up until today i get sent back and forth.
I was advised that my account was handed over to Amplisol and i need to contact them, when i called Amplisol i was advised that they only issue paid up letters so they are unable to assist me with a prescription letter.
According to the NCR regulations if a debtor has not paid his account in three(3)years or more then the account is Prescribed.
This account no longer shows on my credit report either. I got my latest credit report last month from compuscan and xds and this account is not on either credit reports.
I need to get this letters asap.

01 Aug 2019, 13:58I received a reponse via email stating that i need to log it with ComplaintsBoard.com Team which i did but yet they giving the same response to advise that i need to call Amplisol.
This is getting really frustrating. Amplisol only issues paid up letters and my account is prescribed not paid up!!

07 Aug 2019, 12:51I have received a call from Truworths to advise that i need to call Amplisol again as they need to request the prescription letter from truworths. I called amplisol to advise and this matter was then escalated on Friday but up until today i have not received any feedback.
