Prejudice

My cellphone abruptly stopped working on Friday(12/05/2023), so I decided to get a new one from Truworths(Musgrave, Durban, KZN) since I had credit available. Firstly this services was poor....nobody was willing to assist/attend to me until I called a certain lady to assist to whom I made it clear that I was not happy with their service. She was already giving me attitude because I had expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. When I told her I want to buy a phone on account/credit, she said I couldn't because phones belong to MTN not Truworths and I was very annoyed because why would MTN supply phones to Truworths when they allow only to be bought cash. When I questioned that the lady said she will check from the system. When she came to tell me about the outcome, they were then 2ladies to support their statement of not allowed to buy. I strongly feel prejudiced,discreminated and there was a racia issue as they were both indians.
