Pour Service

yesterday, I went to Truworths Maponya 28/12/2022 at 14:16 to give Truworths the phone that has been booked for the third time firstly the service is pathetic they are unhelpful because I have been going up and down to find a solution in regards to this phone. On the last day when I brought back the phone I told the consultant that I no longer wanted this phone, she should have said to them that I can't be bringing back the phone because of one problem she failed to do so because when I was there yesterday that was when they called MTN and telling them that I am not happy with the phone only to be given a run around buy MTN as well. When i got o the shop yesterday I asked Bubu did Zinhle Inform you about the phone her response was I wasn't told of anything about that phone. I then told her my issue with the phone telling her I no longer want the phone I want my money to be reimbursed because I'm not happy with the phone and the service I'm receiving from Truworths. Allegedly Bubu called MTN telling them that I no longer want the phone and MTN responded by saying we should call Nokia Informing them I no longer want the phone at ***. I as the customer shouldn't be calling the Nokia office s. Between the 21 to 27 of November last month I told Zinhle the consultant that I no longer want this phone and left my Nokia G10 at the store. On the 11th of December, i received a message from MTN saying ill receive the phone in three to four days off but i didn't get the phone on those days. i kept on going to the shop asking about the phone for days on end and on the 27 of December that's when i got the phone.
