Posh neighbourhood sporting the worst Truworths

If you want bad service, go to Truworths Woodlands. If you want to be treated with disrespect, go to Truworths Woodlands. If you want to be talked down to, go to Truworths Woodlands. The beauty department at this specific Truworths has the most excellent service...so it is baffling that when you talk to the management you experience the direct opposite. Very unhelpful, trying to make you out to be the one in the wrong. Refusing to phone their own sister branch and asking you to phone right in front of them from your own phone. Telling you to collect items from a sister branch and to bring it to them. Stunningly bad service. Go and experience it yourself! It is worth it.
