Portia Kondile is a customer service extraordinaire...

<p>i would like to thank Portia Kondile who assisted me over the weekend. i must say, i went into a truworths store in cresta & was very upset after paying my account without fail & the instalment was not getting any lower... i was really hard on her & gave her a tough time but this lady thrived under pressure even when i was mean to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>im most impressed at her self- control over the phone, willingness & eargerness to assist, she went over and above to assist me, to investigate when she wasnt sure even. i know im one of those very difficult customers to deal with & sometimes consultant hang up on me cause im a challenge to assist when im annoyed but Portia was understanding, patient & her telephone etiquette was amazing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Portia Kondile is indeed every customer dream help and truworths is lucky to have such efficient & hard working people taking care of their customers needs, i wish we had more of such selfless consultants as Portia that are satisfied at going the extra mile for a customer & making their day just with a simple "How can i make your day".</p> <p> </p> <p>People like portia Kondile are the legs that truworths stand on & such position really demands respect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you once more Portia, I cant thank you enough for the help that u were & i hope you will continue to be a rainbow in other customers clouds... </p> <p> </p> <p>Best Regards, </p> <p>Alexis Ntshilo*</p>
