Poor, worse and unbearable service

I bought a perfume pack (with three bottles) at Somerset West Mall on the 20th of December 2024 and when I got home and opened the box, the small bottle was empty. When I return to the store the following day, the consultant who assisted me on the previous day refused to assist me and I requested the manager and we were informed that there was no store manager instead we were attended by an acting manager (who is an Admin Manager). The acting manager identified herself as Ms. Charlene Thonjeni. They wanted me to return back on the other day as she was calling the area manager who was not on side. I am not impressed with the service received and I won't encourage anyone to procure at Truworths, Somerset West. The manager and staff didn't not even have the name tags. It costed me an hour of waiting and fuel to return the item. There was not even an apology for an inconvenience caused, instead we were humiliated.
