Poor Truworths online service

Your online service is very poor. I ordered an item on the 3rd of Jan 2020 with delivery terms of 3 to 5 working days. today is the 13th of January 9 working days since the order. I have received nothing regarding the parcel. Their warehouse takes time to process orders and the delivery system is poor.
