Poor support and showing outstandin fees where there are none!

I have tried to pay from the 7th and was only able to pay this on yesterday. Now I'm being called and harassed due to a system error advising I'm in arrears?! This has happened in the past too and was rectified for me and my statements amended yet now this morning I get called and said it won't be amended by your staff?!

I've had enough of this harassment from Truworths now! If I get flagged I will be reporting you to the legal channels.
