Poor services

Hi there

On the 7th of July myself and my wife we did an additional cards at Truworths Protea Glen mall we spoke to Ntobeko from Truworths customer service , and he told us that we will receive the cards via post in 3 to 4 weeks and I asked him to say can he send the cards to the store he said no, but till today we haven't received the cards and we want to make a purchase I dnt want to do a purchase with I'd we need those we can even make a payment suddenly we will be told that the account is in arrears and I will have to suffer the consequences of payment due to somebody els not doing his/job never can I pls have the cards before end of this week I cnt wait any longer if not just tell us now if we won't have the cards, because when I open the account the card takes a week it's there y should I wait for more than a month now?I send and email on the 13 th of August to do a follow up no reply I made a call today the 14th I spoke to the team leader Shane which he didn't help me, Truworths thinks they are doing me a favour by giving me an account I am actually doing the them a favor this is really nonsense treatment I cnt stand this I want them to courier those cards to me ASAP. Yeseessss
