Poor service TRUWORTHS BAYWEST

Two months back, at Baywest mall in Gqeberha. I app**** for dual card and filled in the form and submitted it and I was told I will get an sms when the card is ready and it takes about 6weeks. Today I went to the same store at Baywest and now they told me, that cards are posted. I told them what happened and they acted as if they were concerned about this false information I was given. The cashier called another floor manager or supervisor. She also acted and she came back and told us that the application was never sent. She just came with another form, she didn't bother to say sorry, so when I was tying to explain to her. She asked me do I still want to apply for the dual card with attitude. Then my mom rep**** yes she would like to reapply. Truworths need to train its staff how to deal with customers and their managers not to have attitude towards their customers.
