Poor service truworths are ********

I bought a cell phone at Truworth Centurion a Nokia 3.1 for R2000 on the 25 March 2019 and within days it was giving me problems I returned the phone 23 April 2019 to date the phone has not yet returned instead they loaned me a cell phone that costs less than R500. So they sold me a cell phone that has system problems instead of giving me another phone or a refund they giving me the run around. Poor service. I want my money back or another phone from a different brand
