Poor Service is the culture at Truworths

Poor Service seems to be the culture in your Organization especially in your contact center. I just Got off the phone now with one of your very *********** service providers by the name of Tasneem Sass who happens to report Zohra Cade. I have never came across such a rude person in my life more especially who is a representative of such huge organization. I am still shocked and wondering who Interviewed this person to be in the fore front and service your clients. My overall experience with you has been tarnished to a point of no return. You are definitely going to loose more clients if you still have her onboard. I am so disgusted call me if you need more Information regarding this matter.
