poor service in repair and servicing of cell phone
I've been experiencing for the last 4 and a half months the same problem with my Samsung s3 mini cell which I bought in march 2014. I've sent the phone in for repairs in November 2014 where they found out I have not signed my terms and conditions. They refused to replace my cell phone even though the same problem persists. The phone had been booked in more than 5 times but still no response from management of store to assist my problem. I'm extremely disappointed in the way the store manager carmelita handled my case cos there was never follow up with me.

12 Mar 2015, 14:49Hello meags1308,
Thank you for your post. We were concerned to read of your experience and escalated this matter to the relevant Admin Manager for further investigation.
We have established that you returned your Samsung S3 Mini handset to the store in question during November 2014. It was submitted to MTN, who replaced the entire motherboard of the phone. We believe you were then advised that you would have to replace the battery of the phone, as it was outside of the warranty period already.
We believe that due to some miscommunication, the problem with the phone has not entirely been resolved as yet. However, we confirm that the relevant Admin Manager has been in contact with you, and has committed to remain so; until such time that this matter has been acceptably addressed.
Should you require assistance with any other matter, contact us on *** or send an e-mail to: *** and we will gladly assist you.
Best regards,
Charmaine
