Poor service from Truworths Newcastle Mall. !!!

Pathetic Service from Truworths Newcastle Mall !

I purchased pre-pack woven Boxer shorts which was the wrong size never been opened everything sealed as it is was purchased size was wrong.. im being declined to do an exchange for the correct size yet it’s never been opened from its original packaging …please can an exchange be done as this is an expensive item !!! Secondly I’m very disappointed a online order came through with the wrong item and wrong size and the store is wasting my time saying They will investigate it I opened it in front of the store consultant as she clearly saw it was wrong now I’m waiting for my refund on my account it’s been a week now this unacceptable behaviour

I’m considering closing my account because of this bull**** service im receiving from the Truworths branch !!!
