Poor service from Jayshree at Musgrave Truworths

Such a horrible experience I had at Truworths Musgrave. I returned an item and the lady who assisted me told me she didn't have cash and asked the ladies at the other till to help with cash. Jaysheree "helped" me on the other till. She did not even ask me how I wanted my refund, she just sent it straight to my card. Mind you, this will take 3-5working days to reflect. I have never been this inconvenienced in my life. I needed this cash for tomorrow being a Saturday. She did not even have the decency to acknowledge her mistake and apologize, her manager had to tell her to apologize. All in all they told me this was my fault I should have told Jayshree how to do her job and ask me how I want my refund. Very annoyed and inconvenienced
