Poor service from customer care
Terrible attitudes and terrible service from customer care in Capetown. Ordered 2 shirts on the fashion request at Phoenix Plaza truworths. Manager and staff was absolutely helpful.Even sourced the shirt to a store in Mpumalanga.Called and verified for me and did a fashion request. Only to have customer centre send me an sms 30 mins later saying its sold. I called the store myself and the lady at the store had the 2 shirts in her hand awaiting head office email to charge my account. In the interim, speaking to agents at customer services, they were very rude and didnt seem to want to go the extra mile yet staff at the stores were more helpful than them. Not sure why they call themselves customer services when they dont at all serve the customer.i had to make calls myself and speak to the lady in Mpumalanga to try and speed up processes which is customer services job, not mine. Pathethic service.. Expect a call from higher management to deal this further.

As the shirts were no longer available at any of our usual sourcing stores, you were sent the SMS’s notifying you that the requested sizes were sold out.
As we acknowledge your frustration experienced regarding the way in which your order has been attended to, the garments were resourced and charged at the Truworths store in Mpumalanga. We do however advise that as this is one of our more outlaying stores, the delivery period will be lengthier.
We can confirm that you were contacted and informed with regard to the progress of your order and that you are satisfied with the feedback received.
We wish to sincerely apologise to you for any inconvenience caused as a result of this matter and hope that this incident will not discourage you from supporting us in the future.
