Poor service ever

Bad service ever On the 08th November 2022 I went to truworths at Elim mall with my 4year old son who was eating chips, I ask the child to seat on those capert by the shoe department, immediately after the was a sales person at the floor who didn't even bother greet me, she said I should take the baby outside and when he's done eating we can come back I felt so uncomfortable about the approach and what bothers me is that the child was seated not touching clothes, I went to thi till point to make the purchase the dress amount was R599 with my trueworths account I was so annoyed when the cashier asked me for the Green ID Book meaing if I was have the card only I wasn't going to buy the dress which have surprised me coz I always buy at trueworths but they have never asked me to show my ID book, the service is very bad and it seems like the staff isnot well trained
