Poor service

I paid full amount to my truworths account whch was outstanding... To truworths account.. As they handed my account to FTI attorneys... FTI attorneys offered me discount after making that payment they change their mind and says I stl owes them and they can't gv me paid up letters🤔when I call truworths they said I must spk to the attorneys while they have my money with them... Why dd they offered me discount and later after payment they change their mind... They munipualated me to make huge payments and it's unfair... I am. Very disappointed on them...
