POOR SERVICE

i have a bad experience i have settled my account on Saturday on the 29th of july at Truworths store Golden Corner Bellville 552 Voortrekker road ,7530 and till today my account has not been update i have forwarded my slip as proof and the debt collector that i was handed over to "DALY CREDIT CORPORATION " has not updated my account as yet and i have called them yesterday and i was given a run around i need this sorted out either truworths or their debt collector needs to call me and sort this out .
