Poor service

Poor customer service from the online agents who kept on tossing me around when I called in to enquire about my order, having to wait 10mins to speak to each agent where as their number is not even a toll free number the 3rd person decided to drop the phone on my ear, I regret having to purchase or have any business with truworths I'll never purchase from them again worst service ever
