Poor service

Pleaew assist, I was referred to consumer friend regarding my account thereafter I was referred to Easton Berry by consumer friend who confirmed that my account was handed over to them. I requested that they assist with clearing my account as it reflects as active at Truworths so I may be able to use it or close the account so that I may re-apply for a new one and both companies I was referred to advised that they could not assist with my request. Easton berry could only provide me with a paid up letter and nothing else. So may I please get someone at Truworths to assist and investigate as to why I am unable to use my account. I want answers and not referrals
