Poor service - don't waste your time or money
Pathetic accounts service and systems that clearly don't work properly. Spend your money elsewhere, its just not worth it

Your online payment systems clearly don't work properly - I have numerous emails I can forward if you provide an address.
Payment ref 1: *** and 2: ***. Why even send these to me if you cannot use them to confirm payments made through YOUR online system. I do not have time to go and gather bank statements because you have a system that doesn't work. Here are the reference numbers for the payments made - use them and stop calling me.
