Poor Service delivery
I went to the truworths store in northgate to buy boots. I could not get a size and was told it will get delivered within 3 days if I pay an extra R40, which I did. I have waited for more that a week and when I called I'm told it still hasn't reached the store. what happens to the speedy delivery I was promised. Poor service form the truworths store.

The delay in delivery of your parcel was however caused due the fact that the courier regrettably only makes collections at the respective store once a week.
Further to this, we have also requested that the delivery fee that was debited to your Truworths account, be reversed. This transaction will reflect on your next account statement.
