Poor service

Went to truworths at centurion mall today around 12h30 was checking for sizes which i did not find and ask the lady at the door i guess its security , ask who can check the sizes for me on the doll who was wearing the same tracksuit was looking for and that lady said no one. The person who check or touches the dolls are not at work 🥲just as i waa about to go i just thought let me go and ask at the tills then saw two ladies and asked them for help, u know the pregnant lady call out someone who was not far from the very same lady who told me no one can help me. I just want to say that the lady who was at the door her customer service was poor and he was very very rude shem they must just teach her how to treat customers and again thank u to the pregnant lady who called out someone to assist me
