Poor service

I went to fourways store ND bought underwears, because I was sure I bought de right design ddnt bother to double check until wen I got home wen I unpack I notice I bought wrong one, because I was on my way to midrand thought well I'll pass by boulders mall to exchange,NB I haven't stripped or done anything to dem so wen I got da they said des no exchange or refund den I was like let me call head office dey also comfirmed ND wen I checked the policy behind the receipt is different to wat I was being told in de store ND over the call by de consultant, please clarify which policy applys coz wat I see behind de receipt doesn't say any abt hygiene, ND m very disappointed coz dis item I still in tagged, I haven't won or fitted dem so this is very unfair considering I was returning de staff de same dey I bought them is not like it a day after or so bt anyway this is de last ym I shop wth truworths I won't mind closing my account thank you
