Poor service

Customer service is non existing @Truworths store 🙄 which is in Newcastle Mall.

Had place online order and in few days received an sms informing that my parcel is ready for collection at the store in Estcourt...on my arrival only one item form the two that I have ordered was delivered and upon my enquiry was told the receiving store is not allowed to check if the online order delivered to their store(same Truworths store) comes through and my question was I there not even allowed to check the delivery note which was clearly written one item and the invoice says two items. Bought the items of which one not delivered was on special at the time now their store (Newcastle) wants me to order it at the current price that it is now....and I refuse cause it's due to their *********** and now have to fock out an extra R800 to get the item?

Very disappointed with their service as it's not the first time 😞 looks like people working there have no interest in their jobs..
