Poor service by Truworths

I have placed an order since the 9th of November 2021 online , its now 20 days after placing the order and no communication or what so ever, called the 087 number and waited 20mins online, nobody has told me whats the delay on my order till today. I am so angry about this bad service and will close this acc immediately
