Poor service

Name is Mbali Ntuli *** i have a problem with Truworths in South Gate, i bought a watch bad girl with them i had a problem with that watch the first day i bought it, i return it they gave me another one i stayed with that one for one week and after was not working i returned a watch again to the store Supervisor Cynthia said they cant assist me as i wanted a refund and Condrick said they will take it to repair that was last month on the 31st of October and he told me that i will get it after two weeks, now i've been waiting for feedback no one is getting back to me and i've been trying to call them the whole week no one is bothered to answer the phone is that kind of a service i deserve? i will like Truworths to get back to me for solution as im their customer
