Poor Service

I went to Truworths Thulamahashe Mall for shopping and came across an unpleasant treatment as a customer from a young girl without a name tag on duty, 16/01/2026. 03:58;22 pm transaction no ***, Store no 1392, i regret going around the shop collecting items worth plus + - R9900.00 only to go off the shop like a headless chicken & decided not to pay for it and left to the next competitor Markhams. She's rude,arrogant,intolerant & disrespectful and worth knowing her post as a Cashier saying I must fix my grammar when talking to her! proclaiming she's one of the best amongst all inside the shop while laughing at me and my wife. I didn't want to cause drama by then and I only bought a few items because she was swearing at us and the supervisor/manager did not bother to say it was none of his business in isence playing with his phone and clothing hang while talking to me. I'm so disappointed with the worst customer service at this shop I trust... I'm not happy, less satisfied.
