Poor service

I was returning shoes that were not fitting well I lost the box for the shoes but I had the receipt or slip with. The store manager was so mean, I told her I lost the box I even said to her if she exchanged the shoes for me I don't need a box because I lost mine, she didn't even want to listen to me she left me still talking to her.
