Poor service and poor quality clothing

I am very disappointed and irritated by Truworths retailers. Every time I buy clothing from them the quality is very poor. On Wednesday the 9th I went to their Wonderpark store, firstly one of their packing ladies was very rude to me simply because I was pushing a trolley. She told me bluntly that I shouldn't be pushing a trolley in their store coz it was busy, I apologized but she went on. I just ignored her and proceeded with my shopping. I bought an outfit for R600 which I wore on Saturday for just 1 day, when I took it off I realised that it was torn and it was not the first time. I live their clothes but the quality is very poor but their clothes are very expensive. I don't mind spending on expensive clothes but they must be quality. I'm very disappointed with the service and their clothes. I wastedmy money and am thinking of closing my account with them. On top of everything my bank account was double deducted after I swiped from them.
