Poor service and false sales techniques

Bought a smar****ch from them as I was told I have a 12 month warranty. 3 weeks later i returned the watch as the strap broke but to my surprise I was told only on that day there is no warranty on the straps or anything else only on the watch itself. The consultant who sold the watch to me never mentioned this. Three weeks later and I'm still awaiting an answer from them. I've had three different stories about the watch. I even received a call from the admin manager as the store manager was apparently on leave. The attitude I got from the admin manager is not exceptable and phone was dropped in my ear telling me I can do what I want. I emailed truworths about this and all I was told after two or three emails is the regional manager will contact me telephonically but nothing about the rude and untrained staff.
