Poor service and defective goods

I recently did an instore order for a friend of mine at the Chatsworth store for the items to be delivered to the Kwamnyandu store in Umlazi. The items were delivered, however it was too small and the store refused to exchange the items without me as the account holder being present. I placed another order online for the correct size and had it delivered to the home address of my friend and the dress had a hole in it and no other sizes were available at the store when it was returned. Very poor service from the store and online order systems from Truworths. There is no quality control or checking of the items before it is shipped, yet they charge R60 for delivery to an address outside the store and returns has to be done at the store at your own cost for their error.
