I Chez-Ray Van Wyk Cellphone number: *** I'm disgusted to say that I'm very unhappy with the service of this store and they're entire Head Office. On the date mentioned above I Mr Chez-Ray Van Wyk made a cash purchase at this store of a Men's formal shoe which I only wore once, i discovered that the left shoe on the outside glue come loose. I took it back to the store on 25/05/2022 @ 13:04.

I spoke to the store manager Mrs Elfrieda and she told me that she can't make a decision with regards to my shoe, she's expecting the area manager Mr Kurt Benjamin on the 26/05/2022 to make a decision in this regard. I'm still very unhappy and unsatisfied in this regard as i told the manager Mrs Elfrieda that I'm leaving Cape Town on the 26/05/2022 for my graduation and i need my shoe.

I call the Head office at the complaints department, spoke to Tasnien and she told me there's nothing her department can do i must just wait on the branch to let me know after they made a decision.

I'm very disgust with the poor service i received from this store and they're entire Head Office. I never experienced such bad service in my entire life.

I want my shoe exchanged on 26/05/2022 Because this was a cash purchase. Shoes exchange or my money back.
