Poor service and assistance

<p>I have been a loyal customer of Truworths for over 16 years . About a year back my card was lost and it took over 6 months to get a new card. Finally when i got the new card, i was not receiving any statements or vouchers.</p> <p>Everytime Truworths sends a voucher to for use, its come 2 months after the issue date and the voucher has already expired . After chatting to the a sales staff yesterday, they claim its due to the post office and the area I live in . Surely with new technology, Truworths can send an sms to say you have a voucher on file , which expires on xx date. After chatting to the head office service department , all he said he will offer me R50 off my next puchase.</p> <p>I have lost out on vouchers for over a year and thats the best Truworths can offer .</p> <p>My next visit to the store will definetely be to close my account , i would rather shop at Edgars and other stores, who ensure their customers are well aware they have vouchers to use, which is a huge part of marketing and sales .</p>
