Poor service and Act of dishonesty

Poor customer service from Truworths menlyn , I bought a cellphone in June 2021 and in November 2021 I took it back to the store because it was not charging. The store was not communicate with me till I decided to go BACK and ask what is the problem, I was told that the phone is taken for repairs (December 2021),I call again was told that Hisense is waiting for a part from overseas.

In January 2022 I am told a different story that my phone is lost, I ask them to credit the phone as this is not my problem however I am still not helped, The store manger promised to resolve the matter and update me. To date no feedback
