Poor service .

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Fourways Mall branch. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by unprofessional behavior from some frontline staff, who were not only rude but also displayed what appeared to be outwardly ****** attitudes. One particularly concerning incident involved a floor supervisor who, when addressing my concern, responded with a cynical grin. When I pointed out her inappropriate body language, she dismissively stated that her face "is like that." This kind of response is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your store’s reputation for customer service.

Additionally, when I requested to speak with the store manager, I was initially informed that they were out. However, after I continued expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager suddenly appeared, contradicting what I was previously told. This inconsistency further eroded my confidence in the store’s commitment to resolving customer concerns.

As a loyal customer, I find this level of service unacceptable. I urge you to address this matter seriously, as no customer should have to endure such treatment. Please investigate this incident and advise me on the steps Truworths will take to ensure better service and professionalism at this branch . I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
