Poor service

Every time I use my truworths account I get your ***** department contacting me doing security checks. I waited 4 years for a card .only got a card while I was in Cape Town . Yet I still get full security questions it’s embarrassing. I pay my account and more that minimum payment but you guys treat me like a ***** security standing by me . I called your customer service and got an apology but that’s not enough . Someone not doing their job or is it a race thing
