Poor service 😢

Good day I have been in Truworths bela mall for many times with a happy Hearts 💕 but today I visited the store after I received an sms of an extra 10% off sale item as a reward customer, the lady by the name of Lebogang on the till ruined my day after scanning all the items I bought and asked me to pay. I realized she didn't took out the 10% .wen I asked her she told me the 10% only applies on accounts transactions . I have to tell her that I'm a reward customer and I received an sms. Instead she was upset and ask for my cellphone number then I got the discount . The service was poor and inexperienced, not even try to say thank u wen handing out my items because she was angry. I didn't deserved to be treated that way because I don't have an account with Truworths. Wish this matter can be taken into consideration. Regards Mrs Maleso
